Planned this weekly exercise schedule thingy at the start of the year but due to a combination of misfortune, lethargy and sheer laziness, I have never completed it until today! At long last, I went for Dance class on Tues Night, did PE on Thurs, Gymed on Fri and rounded things off with my swimming regime this morn. Feel so alive and fresh, as I always do after a great workout.
